Appointment Cancellation and No-Show Policy
At JourneyCare, our goal is to make healthcare accessible to everyone in a timely manner. When a scheduled appointment is not canceled in a timely manner, a visit is canceled the day of the appointment, or a patient is a no show, this adversely affects scheduling availability. Effective April 1, 2024, JourneyCare Family Medicine requests that our office be notified at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A no show or cancellation on the day of your appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
